Chase Kirkpatrick is an associate at Invictus Property Advisors. Chase focuses on the origination and the valuation of commercial real estate assets throughout New York City, primarily in Midtown Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Previously, Chase was a Commercial Real Estate Valuation Intern at Invictus Property Advisors. Chase has also had several previous roles, some of which include working as a Client Service Intern at O’Shaunessey Asset Management, Analyst at the Colgate Investment Group, and as an Analyst for the Colgate Commercial Real Estate Group.
Chase holds a B.A. in Mathematical Economics from Colgate University. During his time at Colgate, was a member of the Colgate men's club soccer team, Mu of Delta Kappa Epsilon Fraternity, and was manager of the Colgate women’s varsity lacrosse team.
