Andrew Blum is an Investment Sales Associate at Invictus Property Advisors, specializing in the Red Hook, Flatiron, and Greenwich Village submarkets. He focuses on building strong relationships and providing strategic value to investors, developers, and landlords.

Andrew is skilled in the valuation and marketing of various real estate asset classes, including multifamily, mixed-use, office, and development sites.

Before joining Invictus, Andrew served four years in the U.S. Marine Corps Infantry as a mortars squad leader. He is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Leadership and Management Studies with a minor in Real Estate Development at New York University.

Outside of work, Andrew is an avid hiker and camper. He also practices Jiu Jitsu and is actively involved in NYU's veteran community.
